You Rank #1 on Google. ChatGPT Still Tells Buyers You’re Obsolete.

You Rank #1 on Google. ChatGPT Still Tells Buyers You’re Obsolete. Last October, an enterprise client called me in a panic. They sell compliance automation software. For four years, they dominated their category on Google. They held position one or two for almost every commercial-intent keyword that mattered, backed by a monthly SEO retainer that could comfortably buy a new Volkswagen Golf every ninety days. Yet their inbound pipeline had shrunk by 34% in two quarters. Qualified demo requests were evaporating. I shipped a 12-question crypto security audit in 2 hours

I had ~2 hours on a Saturday. A committee of two AI models (Gemini Pro + Claude) had just argued me into building a "gamified security audit" tied to our existing in-app currency (💎). 500💎 → 12-question scan → AI report. $49 upsell to a human pentest. Here's the technical breakdown. The product in one sentence User answers 12 questions about their crypto hygiene (seed storage, 2FA, DeFi approvals, etc.). They get a 0–100 score, a per-category breakdown, and a top-3 vulnerabilities report with named tools and 2024–25 incident cases. They burned 500💎 they earned through activity. Live: askoracle.site/audit — try it. Question schema Every question carries a weight (sum across all 12 = exactly 100) and each option has a risk value language-independent of the labels. Example: { "id": "seed_storage", "category": "wallet", "weight": 14, # contributes max 14 points to score loss "...

Engineering the Invisible — what most SaaS teams miss

Every SaaS product ships with a promise. But beneath the surface, there's a layer most teams don't see until it's too late: security gaps that bypass your pentests, performance bottlenecks that only appear at scale, accessibility issues that silently exclude users, and hidden CVEs lurking in your dependency tree. These aren't edge cases. They're the invisible engineering debt that compounds daily. For founders and dev agencies, the cost isn't just technical — it's trust, retention, and compliance. ▶ Watch the 8-minute breakdown Engineering the Invisible (64MB, 8min) What we do at GuardLabs Manual Audit Pro $49 — site/security audit with human review Blueprint $299 (founding) — the full audit playbook Affiliate Program (50% rev) — sell our audits Scanner — continuous monitoring
